Technical Achievements / Significant Performances
Mr.Krishnan, Proprietor of M/s.G Wind Tech, has the windmill experience of more than 18 years. He started his career in M/s.Pioneer Wincon Pvt Ltd and had the following achievements during his service in the above concern.
- Involved on Design & Development of PWPL on the Manufacturing of P750kw turbines during 2011
- Promoted as Technical Head – All India O&M during my service at Pioneer on 2009 to 2012
- During his service at Pioneer, he had a significant role on the launching of MITA TEKNIK Controller in our 250kw wtgs
- Executed Major Rect.works like De-erection of blades, Gear Box & Generator by using Derrick option
- Well trained on the establishment of SCADA Connectivity for our turbines, which will show the time-to-time status of turbines at Online
- Performed the Changing of Pitch angle setting, in the intention to increase the generation of turbines
- Implemented the providing of Surge Protectors, to avoid the failure of Electronic components from Grid spikes / Fluctuations
- Provided Gear Box oil Cooler, to protect our turbine from Gear Box oriented failures
- Implemented lot of modification activities against the repeated faults like Gen.Over speed
- Have made lot of modifications in our Wincon Wind Turbines suitably for our Indian Atmosphere and Grid conditions
- Well experienced in controller conversion of our 250kw wtgs from Dan controller to Indian MITA TEKNIK Controller
RECOGINITION
During the earlier service at Pioneer Wincon Pvt Ltd, Mr.Krishnan (Prop – M/s.G Wind Tech) had acquired lot of special training at various Countries like Spain, Denmark and obtained lot of training certificates also
- Acquired Special Training in Wincon, Denmark on Assembly and Maintenance of 250kw & 755kw wtgs (Sponsored by Wincon Denmark) during 2001
- Undergone a training course at Gamesa, Spain about their 850kw Wind Turbines
- Participated in the Launching of Gamesa Wind Turbines in South India
